That lists scholarships available
To use football as an example, currently there is a limit of 85 scholarships and a roster size max of 120. They are changing it to 105 for both scholarships and roster size. So for all sports scholarships are increasing, but for many sports like football, overall roster sizes are decreasing.
I don’t know what roster sizes for track are currently, but they will be capped at 45.

The link to the roster limits shows Track 12.6(M) & 18(W) both go up to 45. And xcntry goes from 5&6 up to 17
