Mental toughness seems to be the biggest. Once we get "punched in
the face" we just give up. No fight or dog in this team.
We started 5-2 last season & the offense just quit. The defense quit in 2022.
The culture is set from the top. The vibe Kalani gives is more of a "buddy" than an actual demanding but fair head coach.

Kalani teams no-show more often than not, it's just now much more impactful playing in a P4. Haven't played a complete

Maybe TT last year I guess? Seems like our O was still pretty bad, just TT wanted to give us turnovers
