It could easily be the capacitor again. Take off the panel and see if the top of the capacitor is bulging

Replaced the a/c capacitor 2 years ago on our 7 year old unit. Well today the outside unit quit working altogether.

Ok. Almost positive it’s the capacitor again. I knocked it with a screwdriver and tried starting it again.
