In all seriousness, though It's kind of weird that there is a popular professional version. I put it in the category of something you would do at a picnic or at the beach like smashball or throwing frisbee for a dog and it comes in one of those packages with the paddles and the net included.

I compare it to ping pong. I don't consider it exercise, but it is fun. I've never played doubles, that seems boring.
