I think not. Feels like a long long time traveling and not enough time relaxing
which is what the costiera amalfitania should be about

You can do Pompeii on a day trip. It’s a long day trip but a pretty great day. Stop in Napoli on the way back and get the best pizza at Di Matteo’s or Da Michele’s

You can also do Florence as a day trip from Rome if you limit what you see and travel early/late. Those frecciarossa trains move pretty fast.

Or spend more time in Rome. I still have stuff I want to see there and I lived there for 6 months and have spent probably 2 weeks there on various vacations over the past 15 years, including last week. Although I do get tired of it after a few days. It’s so chaotic.
