Gotcha. Then yes. I stopped practice but let the kid tell me what he did wrong.
He hears it, the other players hear it. If they don’t know what they did wrong, ask the team.

I ALWAYS started off by saying “I’m not picking on XYZ, because all of you do it, but what could you have done better” or “what was the better option?”

I also tried to cut the word “good” from my vocabulary. It’s easier than it sounds. I hate the idea word good. Kids can’t learn if you say “good” after a drill. That’s a personal preference that you didn’t ask for, but oh well.
