But my daughter plays for her University team, and I noticed a couple of things about 7s, since that is what they play in Spring.

1) fewer players
2) 10 min halfs
3) They kick the extra point from behind the goal post, I guess it is faster that way. I am not sure that is an official rule.

My daughter had never played Rugby before her Freshman year, so I am really just learning all the rules. Still can't figure out the ball position thing, like when they scrum or not.
