Clemson and FSU have sued the conference, with separate aims (see my post above) and the ACC has filed counter suits against both.

The ACC and FSU agreed that FSU could look at the ESPN contract (heavily redacted to protect trade secrets) so as to parse the language and determine if the school was bound by said language.
