If you don't use the USGA GHIN app, use The Grint. Really good stats keeping
insights.
Also, the difference in birdies per round between a player who is an 18 handicap and a player who is a 0 is 1.5. The idea that you could be a better player if you could just make more birdies is what holds players back the most. The real key is to eliminate the doubles and worse. Then just work at getting rid of the bogeys.
