Bronco has History with NM. I doubt he has/had any interest at all w/ USU
He was never looking for just any “job”, but one that specifically piqued his interest, and met with his goals and aligned with his values.
The admin also had to be completely onboard with him and his team. I am sure the media and fan expectations as well factor in. Furthermore I bet the less NIL the better for him.
So even if they wanted to hire Bronco, I doubt he would have taken it…
