is definitely easier than Houston area. I am in Arizona and am seeing rates of our clients go up. I have seen some triple, but Arizona is a rate and file state where they can just say these are our new rates, take it or leave it.

When do you renew? I have seen some of our carriers give a notice of a moritorium for some reason in Dallas area, but that might have been a temporary thing due to weather conditions.
