Gross hand guys on my right, paranoid germophobes on my left.
I don't know what is more common, the guy who comes out of the stall and then strolls out without washing, or the guy who scrubs for five minutes like he's trying to wash off the plague. They're both kind of weird.
I'd rather shake hands with the germophobe, though.

It's not just in airport bathrooms which is why I never touch a restroom door handle with my bare hands.
