Do wealthy wards not provide a meal after a funeral? Surely they can pay someone to cater.
Do wealthy wards not help clean up the neighborhood after a big storm? Surely they can pay a professional to clear away a downed tree.
It’s just service. If you don’t want to help someone move in, then don’t help.
