and 5 top rated runners up invited to the 12 team playoff; 12 bowl games are available for the next 24 'worthy' teams — champions, runners up and top rated leftovers. Playoff games are played instead of conference championships (9 game conference season + 2 game preseason).
3a) All players sign 2 year contracts w/ schools – payment includes housing, schooling, food, training, healthcare and insurance. There is no pay-to-play. Any NIL must be listed/audited/approved by school... and student athletes must 'earn' the money via public appearances, commercials and endorsements, jersey sells, autographs, work performed, and social media posts. All money needs to be reported. If a player leaves early for another school or team, he must pay the cost for the tuition, housing and food for the rest of the year (prorated).
3b) NFL creates their own B league for players that prefer to skill the college experience.
