We prefer PlayStation over Xbox (Switch is better than either) but our PS5 died
after owning it less than 2 years. Thought it was the power supply, swapped it out...no good. So have to pay $250 and send it in for ~6+ weeks to get it fixed.
We hardly even played it. Really annoyed with Sony right now.
Nintendo is generally only $100 for an out of warranty repair.
