My gallbladder is just fine, but gas is a problem sometimes. I've found two
strategies that help:

1) Beano. You have to remember to take it at the beginning of a meal that includes gas-producing foods like cruciferous vegetables, whole grains, beans (of course), onions, and a plethora of other foods. You also have to up the dosage if the food is especially egregious.

2) Avoid gas-producing foods and just eat meat. I've never had gas from meat alone.
