They aren’t open on weekends, they don’t open till 9 AM during weekdays, close at 5, so they are tons less accessible. They also charge me more fees than Chase does and the quality of the business bankers has been much better at Chase.

I’ve always heard a credit union is better to work with than a bank but I’ll say without question Chase is way easier for me. Weird for me to stand up for the big guy but in this case the little guy is pretty frustrating to deal with. (I’d not use them at all if my CPA didn’t suggest I diversify money between banks)
