Gotta factor in if they are bringing equipment, paying for gas, hauling off
clippings, etc.
Going rate should be at least $15 per hour to cover not just minimum, but also costs and transportation/opportunity cost of needing to come to you when someone else is likely at least paying $20-$30 per hour.
My 14 year-old and his buddy charge $30 per hour which equates to $15 per hour for each of them and all houses they do tell them that is a smoking deal.
