Always pay more than you otherwise would for a one off request. It’s like people that won’t pay more per hour for a
one time job to be done because they know generally what people are paid per hour to perform such a job.
Yeah, well, you’re not hiring a person for a full time hourly job so the typical hourly rate does not apply.
