The line judges can also call fouls and infractions, but the referee has final
say. The referee usually goes with the line judges' decisions.
The referee covers the field diagonally. He'll occupy the far side of the field opposite the line judge. When he moves to the other half, it's the same thing, just diagonally opposite.
