Literally everything you just said also applied to Weber when Hill was at Utah.
And he still took that job. Weber was a dead end FCS program, he was leaving the P5, etc etc.
The allure of running your own FBS program, for more money, in your home state, will be strong.
I agree that he should hold out for a better gig than that but all I’m saying is BYU should be ready to pay up to keep him.
