I don't know how it's changed in that time. The main ones that I recall are that I got a 1,000 travel credit, and they drive you to your connecting flights at certain airports. They also sent me a bottle of champagne and Tiffany wine glasses.

There was also a dedicated concierge line or something like that.

I was living overseas at the time and wasn't actually flying in the US at all that year, so I never got to use it except for the travel credit.
