because it is closer to Edmonton than Vancouver and on the East side of the rockies, but is still almost an 8 hour drive away. It was about as isolated as it gets. The work was really tough there, but it was really cool to explore the area on p-days and work closely with the tiny branch. We had some real hillbilly members that lived off the grid completely. Yeah, you wouldn't know about it if you had never been there, and it is so out of the way.
