they are traditionally a stronger program than Portland St. Last year they beat
a MAC team (Northern illinois) and played some top ten FCS teams close. They made it to the second round of the FCS playoffs last season.
That could put them in Sam Houston range, but better than Portland St.
I don't know what type of change they have had on roster from last season.
