I think @UCF was our MOST IMPORTANT win. Injuries had us in a funk to start conf play — & our national doubters
were coming out of the woodwork in force after our two disappointing losses to open things up.
That was NOT an easy team to beat at home. They'd just handed KU a loss. And they definitely did not overlook us. They had a good plan in place to beat us with their size.
I'm still not even sure what to make of all the palm fronds that night.
