There were far less lower back tattoos aka “Tramp stamps” in the late 90’s/early 2000’s as compared to the number of
nose rings I’m seeing everywhere today.
I’m curious if this latest barbwire tattoo- like trend will also be made fun of and burn out or if this just becomes the new norm?
