to the Big 12 has been a major improvement (or at least it feels that way; I know the new ones haven't even played a game yet but the signs look good). We are also more likely/willing to spend money on the flashy things that players like (facility upgrades; not that newer facilities make a difference in performance, but recruits like it). Again, not that we need to get rid of Kalani, it's just that we are upgrading our coaches when they leave so when Kalani does leave (whenever that is) there's a good chance the replacement will also be an upgrade.
