For a long & gangly wing I thought his ball handling was excellent. Very few guys built like him can survive on an island out there with the ball — as they try to see the play develop. Yeah, he struggled — but it wasn't something that was supposed to be. I think Pope obviously was hopeful Trey could keep us afloat till Baker became available.
I feel pretty bad for Trey, there. No doubt he saw the opportunity before him. And to be yanked as decisively as he was when Jax got back from injury — it had to hurt. Particularly with how much Jax struggled.
