As a small business owner less than a dozen employees who are all women, when one has a baby but plans to return to
work it puts a big brim on how we do things.
Fortunately everyone else knows the team steps up and we manage until she's back. It's inconvenient at best and tough at worst, but I figure my employees don't live to work they work to live, so we are supportive of them.
