is missing extra time in the summer and the fall to focus on football, then typically you could expect a player to be a bit rusty or behind the others who are full-time basketball. But Lohner's contributions are mostly hustle/defense/rebounding anyways. If he is not put out there as a shooter, then its not like missing more time would make a big difference there.
Even if he were 100% basketball, I would still peg him as one of the first on the bench.
I think they go Lovering and Ausar as their starting bigs (5 and 4), so for the starting 3 they would go someone quicker than Lohner.
But if he puts on a bunch of weight for football considerations, that could harm his basketball chances.
