What is the difference between leaving on a mission and a one and done?

Playing one year and going on a mission, or leaving for the NBA results in not being available for year two. It's still exciting. The key is replacing those leaving with high level recruits. Places a higher importance on winning now IMO. Please be peaking at tournament. No "BYU Fade" at end of year and post season.
