I won't take that kind of risk
I'll look up what the menu says on the internet first.
I'll just stick with a Pizza pasta; Cannelloni, mannicoti, lasagna. Something safe like that. I know the names of enough italian dishes I can order safely. But in a 5 star restaurant you get some odd stuff.
