Depends on your definition of good. Yours seems to be top 75% of coaches. Mine
Is more like top 25% with elite being top 5%. I don’t think Kalani is in the top half even. He isn’t completely incompetent but I think the resources available to competition level is high, so his record looks better than how good of a coach he is (which will dive now that we are in the Big 12).
