In my experience, it has always been better to wait. I typically buy my tickets 30 min before gametime, and
come out way ahead, and get much better seats. This has worked at Sofi, Levis, Allegiant, Arrowhead, etc.

I took my kids to the Chiefs-Chargers game at Sofi when Kelce scored in OT. Waiting for tickets was perfect for that game.

This could backfire though if it becomes a huge game.
