I stopped wrapping but if I wrap I prefer paper - Just was thinking about OP's
timeline, if he wants to get to temp and have enough time for a good rest foil should get him there quicker.
I've started resting for ~17/18 hrs now and my results are phenomenal. Smoke all day on a friday or saturday, cool it down to ~160/170 and stick it wrapped in foil in the oven @170 until the next day
