England has a smaller population than Germany or France, so they should have fewer players on this list, but per capita they have more than those countries (although I think Germany is also too high). In fact, England has almost as many as Brazil and Argentina combined, which is kind of laughable. Man City players are almost all ranked higher than they should be relative to their peers. Same could be said for most England players. And so on...
Anyway, I would love to see ESPN develop one of these lists with an international panel that includes fewer Brits and Americans, and more people from other parts of the world (in particular Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and South America), to help provide a more balanced perspective.
