I had a mom come in with an interviewee once. Didn't think too much about it til
I asked the kid back and the mom got up to come with. I politely explained that she was welcome to wait in the lobby. She huffed and puffed..and cost her kid a chance at the job.
Probably home-schooled. 😁

50/50 blame on that one. Why would a parent agree to go? Or are they the ones pushing that they need to come
