For years I was a teriyaki steak and chicken customer (because who doesn't like teriyaki chicken?), but when I switched to pulehu chicken it was a game changer. I don't know if is a different marinade or grilling without the sugar of the teriyaki sauce that might increase the cook temps, but the pulehu chicken is always moist and always tender (and super flavorful) and never dry or overcooked the way teriyaki chicken can sometimes be.
