What KY is doing is exactly what needs to be done in NIL basketball.
If you can bring NBA talent and get them to the league that will snowball and make BYU a destination school. If NBA talent comes regularly, even only for 1 season BYU will get better at basketball.
Harder to do that with football.
Sad that we wont have the guy who signed from high school and stays 4 years as often but thanks to the current environment this is what we have.
