my point in commenting here was that although we do have money to spend it

doesn't appear that we have unlimited amounts to spend. We do appear to have a very healthy budget, but yes KY and staff are working on some type of budget here. They have to be smart in some negotiations. I think KY did want NW here but not at 750k.
