Just saying why IFR doesn't automatically eliminate that call.
Otherwise a runner on 2nd could interfere with the catch while his buddy on 3rd is running home.
But in that situation where everybody was more or less moving in slow motion and the fielder set up camp and roasted some marshmallows followed by a nap before the ball came down, play on.
