There are some home remedies but I've never had one work.

Use a blow dryer to dry it out. DO NOT push a Q-Tip into the ear.

Eustachian tube or wax. Afrin or debrox

No pain. Can hear some, it’s just very muffled.

Probably wax. Can try debrox and a syringe or go get it flushed

If it's a wax issue, don't use a Q-tip, it could damage the bones in the middle
