The risk w Pope is that if UK don't perform well this year, he's NOT the kinda HC that'll get a pass. It'll get ugly
& if Jax is brought in to be their star — as Pope's already established golden boy — then fans could turn on him every bit as much as they do on Pope.
That said, I think Pope's gonna do very well at UK. He's a very good coach — & was FINALLY positioned to land the talent he needs to compete for a conference championship.
