I'm on my 2nd one of this and though it's fine my biggest frustration
Has been it's inability to keep consistent temps and it doesn't get as hot compared to other grills.
That said $499 is a great price compared to what I bought it for 7 yrs ago.

Load the bottom with firebricks.. They will keep the temp more stable
