Does the entire ball have to be outside the imaginary cylinder? Just the center of mass outside to be legal? It was close, but the center of the ball we definitely outside the cylinder, IMO

That was my thinking. The center of ball seemed obviously outside the cylinder.

Hard to tell from that angle because the ball is so far up above the rim and the camera is off to the right of the rim
