Sonicare or Aquasonic are both great. I recommend either of them. You'll probably get a better product with Sonicare
but Aquasonic is dirt cheap on Amazon. You can usually get a Duo for $50 or less and it comes with 8 or so replacement heads. Vibrating toothbrushes are the way to go.
