I have yet to see anyone (Ute fan or otherwise) make a credible argument that Utah has a bigger brand or overall value than BYU. Simply not the case, and multiple outlets reported otherwise during the B12 expansion process, noting that BYU was the only B12 newcomer that actually increased the overall value of the conference (bringing payouts from ~$28M to ~$32M per school). All of the others were dilutive or washes.
