Some are of course overmatched, and weren't that great to begin with, but it's hard to imagine Arizona and Utah not doing well, and Colorado might very well be a big surprise over the next few years. Oregon, Washington, and USC will all do well enough, though I doubt even Oregon beats Michigan or Ohio State.
I think UCLA struggles, ASU is a bad team, and Stanford and Cal aren't that great, but they're also entering a league with some bad teams. I'd say maybe middle of the pack except that the travel will give them a big disadvantage on the road. Doubt they compete in road games, even against bad tames.
