the more populated northern Utah counties that think they need to play against Delta and Parowan to win state championships instead of playing against the kids that actually live down the street from them, it's almost guaranteed that the kid will play for his actual school.

4A-6A is a free-for-all. Kids will go wherever they think they have the best chance to showcase their skills.

Except in Davis County. I think they make the kids play where they live. Good for them.
