I mean I wake up at 5:30am every work day to serve my patients, went to
8 yrs of school, took on hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt for my degree, another million for my practice all so my patients can mozy in to my office in their sweats, and lay down in our cushy chairs and say give me some fillings Doc. Geez the least they could do is leave me a tip.
